As in all areas relevant to the development and production of pumps the tasks the hydraulic engineer has to deal with have undergone a remarkable change in recent decades: from a more or less unrestricted design of components to design roles dictated by manufacturing techniques. These general trends are accompanied by developments related to changes of the market requirements. In this area the main concern is to create fundamentals which allowed the engineer to achieve optimum efficiency, stable characteristic curves, and a good suction behavior and etc.
Computer Aided Design Using CFD analysis
Recently, our engineering group upgrades the design process using modern technologies. With the development of computers and improvement of numerical algorithms, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) has become an effective tool to investigate the complex flow fields. The versatile capabilities of CFD modeling including impeller shape optimization, hydraulic load estimation and exact prediction of characteristic curves, makes it an effective tool to ensure the performance of a new pump. Our technical knowledge in the field of fluid dynamics as well as adoption of advanced CFD software enables us to develop new products more cost effective.
3D rendering is the 3D computer graphics process of automatically converting 3D wire frame models into 2D images with 3D photorealistic effects or non-photorealistic rendering on a computer. It is used mainly in CAD or CAM applications where scientific modeling requires precise measurements and preservation of the third dimension. The rendering process is computationally expensive, given the complex variety of physical processes being simulated. Computer processing power has increased rapidly over the years, allowing for a progressively higher degree of realistic rendering. Now in ATS our engineers can do 3D rendering rapidly using powerful computer systems in the company.
Our Technical Softwares
Computer-aided Design (CAD) is the use of computer systems to aid in the creation, modification, analysis, or optimization of a design. CAD software is used to increase the productivity of the designer, improve the quality of design, improve communications through documentation, and to create a database for manufacturing. In other side of an optimized pump manufacturing process, the CFD analysis is necessary. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is a branch of fluid mechanics that uses numerical analysis and algorithms to solve and analyze problems that involve fluid flows. In ATS Company we use various technical Softwares such as CFTurbo, AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks, ANSYS CFX, ANSYS Fluent, COMSOL Multiphysics and etc. to achieve these goals.
